By using klinh.com and KLinh Preflight (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

KLinh Preflight checks email HTML for common rendering, accessibility, link, legal and personalization problems. Client previews are simulations, not screenshots from real email apps or devices. Audit results and AI explanations are guidance only — you remain responsible for testing and approving your emails before sending.

Your content

You keep all rights to the email code and content you use with the service. You confirm you have the right to use it. When you use AI explain or create a share link, you allow us to process that content to provide the feature, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Share links

Anyone with a share link can view its contents. Only share links with people you trust, and do not include confidential information you would not want forwarded.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, overload or attack the service, or try to access data that is not yours.

Plans and pricing

Prices shown on our pricing page may change. Paid plans are not yet available for purchase; if that changes, we will show the terms at checkout.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will find every problem, that emails will render or deliver as expected, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KLinh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue parts of the service and update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access for misuse.
