Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information KLinh ("we", "us") collects when you use klinh.com and KLinh Preflight, and how we use it.

What stays in your browser

Audits, previews, minifying, fixes, the AMPscript checker, PDF reports and project files run in your browser. The email HTML you paste or upload is not sent to our servers for these features. Project files you save are downloaded to your own device.

Information we receive

• AI explain. When you click AI explain, your browser sends your email HTML and audit findings directly to OpenAI using the API key you provide. It never passes through our servers. Your key is stored only in your browser if you choose "Remember", and you can clear it anytime. OpenAI's own terms apply to that request.
• Share links. A share link contains the campaign name, subject line, sender, preheader, audit findings, approval checklist and team comments inside the link itself. We do not store it on any server, and your email HTML is never included. Anyone with the link can view it.
• Contact form. The form opens your own email app with a message addressed to us; we receive only what you choose to send by email.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide the features you request, respond to your messages, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

Share links are not stored by us, so there is nothing for us to delete; stop sharing the link to stop access. To delete emails you sent us, email klinhclients@gmail.com.

Children

KLinh Preflight is intended for professionals and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
